Lovely little extras like coffee/tea, fridge and bottled water in the room. And a list of "if you forgot...." they bought to the room ..for us it was toothpaste! Appreciated when we asked could we extend our departure time by half an hour, they said an extra hour was no problem.

The hotel room is modern styled and fits our group of 3 adults. The front office is very accommodating to our requests. Complementary snacks were also provided upon checking in. To get into Oxford city was a breeze as there's a regular bus service right in front of the hotel and it's about a 15 minutes ride to town. Would consider staying in again.

We liked the way receptionist who helped us was so very helpful, courteous and polite checking us in ... think her name was Mandy. When you walk through the entrance everything bright and spacious it was a pleasure to stay there. The staff we're amazing, the breakfast was out of this world, so much variety ... Both Emma and I had an amazing Omelette made by the kitchen staff 10/10 out for that. The selection of Gluten Free Options was great so I personally was able to enjoy having a lovely breakfast.

Lovely hotel. Just out of the centre of Oxford which was perfect. Parking on site and a 10 mins bus into Oxford centre with a bus stop just outside the hotel. Staff were exceptional, especially Saira. We dropped off bags at 11 before check in, which were kept safe and when we returned it was a quick process to get the keys and bags. The room we had was large and clean with excellent facilities. Hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Shower gel and shampoo. Hand soap and moisturiser. Adjustable heating/air con. A fab Nespresso coffee machine, with pods, a kettle and excellent choice of tea and coffee. Comfortable clean beds and a very comfortable safe stay. Really well soundproofed rooms too for us light sleepers.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Considering the hotel is directly off a very busy road it was quiet and peaceful at night. The onsite restaurant serves excellent food albeit pricey. The bar area is relaxing and welcoming and serves more reasonably priced basic bar food. We had an issue with breakfast the first day but it was dealt with by lovely, professional and polite staff.

The room was perfect with a Lovely walk in shower which I had requested. Plenty of refreshments tea/coffee in room. It was very comfortable. My twins loved the pool and swam everyday. Breakfast was very good with a wide choice either cooked or Continental - staff very helpful. Enjoyed meal in the Marco Pierre White restaurant very good and food delicious. Oxford is a very interesting city.

The room was clean and well stocked. The bathroom was very small but functional. The bed was a good size. Nespresso coffee maker and 4 capsules. Fridge with complimentary water. There could have been more room as we booked an Exec King but we managed. The staff were very friendly - Roger was extremely helpful on reception. The restaurant was excellent - the food was delicious and a lovely lady on the Friday night helped us move our booking from Leo's to Marco Pierre White's for the Saturday as it was so good. Breakfast was good too. Location was very handy - £11 for a cab into Oxford. And a 5 minute drive to Oxford parkrun.

We were upgraded to an executive suite at no extra costs. We had balloons, wine, and treats with a personalised written welcome card from the Leonardo team. Most unexpected, but very welcome touches. During our meal, the chef brought out a desert board personalised to ourselves. To celebrate our wedding anniversary. We felt very looked after. The staff were attentive, kind, and friendly. The room was exceptional. The bed was big and comfortable. We shall definitely be returning and recommending this lovely hotel.
